i purchsed a cbr 250r from todi honda,ajc bose road,kolkata.I got my registration number and went to rto.they fitted the govt sealed number plate and told it would take 15 days to get smart card{registration card}.But today after 8 months i have not got my smart card.honda showroom executives are telling that it might have lost and not giving any propoer reasons for it.before 1 month they say new card would be issued they took 400 as fine or for what i even dont know.until now i have not got my new or old smart card.honda showrroom executives phones are switched off or they dont receive call.Please do something aabout it.Against todi honda,ajc bose road,kolkata ,west bengal
