I have taken the reliance broadband netconnect service with a montly rental of Rs.750 + Taxes.
I was using it properly for the first 3 months and then on I started facing issues like slow connection, very poor speed and regular disconnection.
I have registered my complaint to Reliance Toll Free several times but they were not able to solve my issue.
When I reached a stage where I got irritated whenever I connect to the Internet, I stopped using the service and thereby had a tough conversation with the customer care as well and I stopped paying my bill.
Because of the non payment of bill they have terminated my connection and I also left just like that as anyhow the connection was useless.
When I checked to pay my bill once , It showed me 1500 + taxes. Which means another months rent imposed on me without even providing the service.
I recieved a call as well asking to pay which I clearly said I cannot make the second month payment but first month I shall definitely pay. They said they will call back within 48 hours but no news from them.A week before I have received a Court notice asking me to pay 3 months bill amounted to Rs.2021. I seek your valuable help and support in addressing this issue, because I as a consumer faced difficulty using their service , spent a lot of my time calling their customer support seeking help and now I have to pay 3 times of my usage without even using it for a single day.
