Name of company/service: seventymm online shopping

I had purchase two pair of shoes from an online shopping company call seventymm on 29-12-2012 with order no. SMA0539215 and they had inform me that my order has been dispatched on 10-1-2013 by Fed Ex courier service with tracking no. 794413237349. But when i talk to customer service of fed ex they had told me that the actually parcel was not given to them by Seventymm and the tracking no. which they had provided to me was generated online so Fed Ex ask me to collect the pickup details of my order from seventymm so that they can helpme out but when i talk to representative of seventymm none of them were able to provide the pick up details and they keep on requesting me to wait for 2moredays within which they ll provide me the pickup details or else refund the payment i had made whenever i talk to any of their representative and they always keep on giving senseless excuses. they also gave me a complain no.1793665. Now they have ask me to give another 2 more days but i told them to take whole this week to sort out the matter. Now i think i have been dupe by this company . What legal action can we take against such fraudulent online shopping company? If we let them go free then they ll keep on duping many more customers in days to come. I want such group of people to be punish according to the law of our country.
