amount deducted from my pre paid a/c

Location/place: muzaffarpur

Name of company/service: Reliance communication

Today Rs 5/- was deducted from my A/c of pre paid no.- 76856850653 for VAS ONE97 Subscription without my consent.Also ten days back the same amount was deducted. Earlier when i had posted complaint for deduction of Rs3/-the amount was refunded. I would like to submit is there permanent solution to discourage such deduction without consumer consent if not i will change the service provider agency.
