Wrong balance deduction by AIRCEL.

Dear sir,
i have a prepaid conection of aircel(9804593764).the number aprox 2 month old.in new sim have not any main balance.
After one month when i recharge it by 30rs full talk time topup then i got 30rs,but after one night they deducted 7 rs without any cause.and after every one night deducted 7rs .so after 4day my acount balance was nill.
When i complain in aircel coustomercare about this problem,they told me that”YOU HAVE ACTIVE MCL ALERT PACK,THAT COST 30RS PER MONTH”.
Bt i have not any information from the company about any pack activation.
After so many request they donot help me to solv this prob.
Please sir help me.
