Respected Sir,
I have booked gift product on India flower and gift shop trough online, The product delivery date was 19th May 2013 and delivery place was Madurai. Booked cost is Rs. 849/-. But product is not delivered even after 3 days also, I made many phone calls to them, they replied to send an email for refund. I did the same but India Flower gift is not refunding my money. Whenever I make phone call to India Flower gift shop, they are replying with some date but not refunding. As of now I made 37 STD calls to them, The time I say refund then they are just disconnecting the call.
Due to this I have lost product booking cost Rs.849/-, Phone call cost Rs. 74/- and my regular life is disturbing for their misbehavior over phone. I am getting frustration out of this.
