Airtel Problems

Hello, I am writing here to reveal my anguish at your inept attitude towards customers, and I hope your business suffers, when I share this with every group, on twitter, blogs and everywhere else I could. Few days ago, I had written here regarding my problems with call drop and non availability of 3G services, and abysmal network. I live in Delhi-NCR, and not getting a proper mobile network here was hilarious, maybe you guys should not go bidding for 4G when you could not even provide normal GSM services. The Ref #55245943 and it was changed to Ref # 55282236 is what I am talking about. After the initial complaint, A representative (3rd Party, as told to me by the person) came at my place of residence to check the network coverage. He went to different rooms, and checked the coverage. This is what he told me “Network coverage for 2G is very weak, 3G is next to none”. Am I living in a village?? I was aghast to know this, and thought some action would be taken by Airtel. Then I recieved a mail from Airtel which stated “The team has confirmed the availability of adequate network coverage at the area, however; in deep indoor and basement, the network coverage might get weakened.” ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME. I DO NOT LIVE IN A CAVE, OR UNDERGROUND, I GET ADEQUATE SUNLIGHT IN ALL MY ROOMS, SO I DO NOT HAVE DEEP INDOORS, MAYBE YOU THOUGHT I LIVE IN PENTAGON. I BELIEVE AIRTEL THINKS THIS IS CASE CLOSED AFTER THIS MAIL. GUESS WHAT, I AM PORTING MY POSTPAID TO VODAFONE, I HAVE ANOTHER AIRTEL POSTPAID, WHICH I WILL SWITCH TO VODAFONE AGAIN. APART FROM THAT I HAVE HAD A TALK WITH MY NEIGHBOURS AND FRIENDS WHO HAVE AIRTEL CONNECTIONS AND FACING SIMILAR PROBLEMS, AND HAVE ASKED THEM TO MOVE TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS AS WELL. Now, I am also thinking of moving consumer court and suing you for my mental agony. You will hear from me soon regarding this. AND IF YOU CONTACT ME, DO KEEP IN MIND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO HEAR BETTER ANSWERS THAN TO JUST SAY WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER.
