I purchased a 4G data card connection. For this I made a payment of 4494Rs from Airtel Outlet Indiranagar 100Ft, Bangalore date 23/12/14, Transaction no. 1185 TIN no. 29920144715 Basically Airtel person Mr. Subu fooled me.
He gave two numbers 9902934347 and 7760859292. And asked me to deactivate 7760859292 as this doesn’t have 12GB plan. And Mr. Subu said data card no. 9902934347 is valid and this number has 4494Rs payment. But later I got to know he fooled me and instead gave a number which doesn’t have balance. Now Airtel Bangalore branch is not helping, instead I am getting calls for the payment dues. Its a total harassment.
