Dear Sir/Madam,
I shifted my house holds from New Delhi to Coimbatore by Agarwal packers and movers (Limca book of record holder). Things worth more than 1 Lakh. Mr Sachin (09312600160) is the marketing executive. I got my house hold goods in very bad condition. many items damaged and few kitchen items are stolen from the boxes. i shifted my house holds since I got transfered to Germany and My father is alone in the house where the things reached. i called Sachin many times and he never attends my call. Also I contacted Agarwal packers and movers Coimbatore branch Mr. Mukesh (09344541300). once he picked and heard about my complaint. After that he too stopped answering my call. i paid Rs.53290 to shift the house hold goods and upon that I lost Rs.40000+ due to damages and theft. I never expected this from m/s Agarwal packers & movers – 6001 5001 their all india number. Due to this I am loosing concentration in my work and worried that my hard earned money goes in such a way. Kindly help me in getting the compensation for the goods damaged.
