I purchased 3 No of ceiling fan Crompton greaves Taurus from Delhi Electric company ,B-1 Gurudwara Road,South Extension -1, New Delhi-110049. After 6 month from date of purchase i.e. 12 August 2012. All blade of the ceioling fan got rusted.The warrenty of fan is 2 year.i complain at the same time i.e. feb 1013 to Care & Commit ,Authorised Crompton Greaves Service center,2nd floor,31-C,Mohammad pur,Bhikaji Cama Place ,Delhi -110086. Inspite a lot of interection with Mr Vikky in Care & Commit no action taken by company side.The warrenty time is balance is only 48 days. Either company wait to close warranty time of my Fan.please resolve my complaint with in warranty time.
