i have the hounor to bring your kind attainsion that my father is in the up.police.In 2009 he was muddersd by unnone criminal and the matter is under investigation.the life insourance of india rejected my application for accidental benefit as no charge sheet file in my father’s case till date .I want to submit my few words here that in india many cases are where criminal case not reach to its end like nobody know mudder pandit deendayal upadhayay (ex minister in utter pradesh govt..etc.it is not justify that you not give accidental benefit to suffered family as case have no charge sheet or final report…
I here submit that my father have a lic policy which no is 252980766 belong to bijnor office.
i request your goodself that kindly look into the matter.
i feel sory to submit that i convey this matter to irda but they not give me any help in this circumtance…….it is unfortunatly that in india IRDA is commanding power on insourance company,but seem that IRDA will sold by bloody insourance companies.
