I made a purchase for Rs 1369 on 1st August 2012 vide bill no SC1308. After discussing about the items displayed with the
sales girl I selected items from the stock with 20% discount on each item if two or more items are purchase from the same
stock. After clarifying with the sales girl, she took my items to the payment counter for billing. Bill was prepared by the
counter clerk. When I asked him to show the bill for verification he refused to so stating that bill is computer generated
and can’t have any fault.Agreeing to it I paid the amount and he gave me the bill.I was shocked to see that he had allowed
20% discount only on one item and 10% on others.On pointing out mistake he called the sales girl who admitted that the item
selected was displayed at wrong place . On asking for the refund of amount paid by mistake the counter clerk not only refused
the refund but spoke rudely ” aapki ki galti ke ham zimmevar nahin hainAap chahein to yahan se koi bhi item agey se na
kharidein (WE ARE NOT REONSIBLE FOR YOUR MISTAKE. YOU MAY NOT PURCHASE ANY THING FROM US IF YOU FEEL SO) . The sales girls
too spoke the this customer should have checked all items and discount befor selecting. Now what more I could have done than
asking her everything about the rates and discount. Not only the sales girl but counter clerk too spoke the same.
After this experience I started thinking what kind of staff the Toons Kid’s Own Store select. Either the Toons Kid’s Own
Store has the policies to decieve the customers or they delibrately select such staff who has courage to be unethical and
decptive with the customers. I am sharing this experience so that any body who goes to oons Kid’s Own Store shoeuld be aware
of possibilitiy of such decption with them . What Toons Kid’s Own Store would do with such staff who needs to fired..I really
donot know.In case the Toons Kid’s Own Store makes any positve approch to solve my problem I would again mention on this site
on the same day. TILL THAT TIME ..TOONS Kid’s Own Store CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE OF DECEPTION IN THE TOONS HANDS!!!! i WOULD
ADVISE NOT TO GO TO THE TOONS STORE. BUT IF AT ALL THERE IS URGENCY DONT PAY WITHOUT GETTING THE BILL..OTHERWISE FOUL GAME BY
THE TOONS STAFF IS WAITING FOR YOU.! REENU
