Indiatimes don’t Refund, don’t delivered

I have ordered a Casio LTP-2069D-7A2VDF Women’s Calendar Watch (A380) from Indiatimes shopping Then I cancel this order for some reasons. Again I have ordered this product at same day. Now they don’t not refund my money for the canceled order and don’t deliver my order which I have not canceled. Now it takes 20 days over. I have done these orders at 22nd July. I made call several times to their Call Center. I launched a complain against these orders. Every time they said to me that Case are processing. Now it is too much. I want to take a Real Step against them.
