On 8th of October, i got one phone call and that person claiming that he is calling from bank and asked my ATM number for some validation reason. After that i got 6 messages that my account has been deducted by 45000 rupees. i have a bank statement with me where i can see that he used my card details 4 times in online paytm shopping with amount (9688,9991,9991,9991), one in payumoney (1000) and one is in SBI buddy(4000). I had registered the policy complaint also.. but they are not doing anything needful. and bank is also not ready to do anything here. i feel helpless now.
