My Father booked Mahindra Alfa load plus, 8 months before from Pragya Auto which is associated with Brajesh Automobile Pvt. Ltd. Purneya and given 35000 rs as booking amount, unfotunate he passed away on 7th May 2016, becuase of Lymphoma cancer. Butbefore that only he called the distributer and told him to cancel the booking and refund the amount 35K and he agreed for the same. After this unfortunate event we went to the distributer and asked to refund the amount, he took 2 month time to gave me 35k amount check. But his check got bounced because insufficient fund in his account.
he is giving dialoma by telling that he will refund tomorrow, day after tomorrow, same word continue and we are facing same problem since 2 months. he will tell some time what you want you can do.
After so much strugle by help Rakesh(Area village booking head) we got 10k. But still we need collect 25k from him. now he not picking our call as well, so totaly we are help less. Even Area Manager (Brajesh Mishra) is telling me he will give you back money but this word am’listening since 2 months.
I raised complain in Mahindra customer care, still case is not yet resolve because no control on Pragya Auto. Please do the legal action against him so that he can realize the guilty and same things he will not repease for others.
