AC motor taken for repair/replacement but despite several complaints, my AC has not been fixed and complaint request gets cancelled

I have a Voltas Split AC 1 ton for my home, which was not working properly. So, i requested a repair at Voltas service center with Repair Request No 17101706288 on 21st September. The technician came and took away the motor from the AC stating that they need to repair/replace it. When I followed up after a week, I was told that the parts are not available and my AC will be fixed. It’s almost a month now and they keep cancelling my repair request every now and then. I do not know whether my AC will be fixed or not regardless of several follow ups.

Kindly help me out.
