I had ordered the mobile hand set Lava X50 + on dated 17.09.2017 by order no 404-1648501-9180316 and product was delivered LavaX50 in place of actual ordered Lava X50+ on dated 21.09.2017 .The price Rs6890/ was recovered through debit card swap for Lava X50 +.When we found the mobile handset Lava X50,Immediately contacted to amazon customer care and requested for refund of the money as wrong product was delivered.After several requests to customer care executive they finally agreed for refunding the money after return of the item. They had informed that as soon as they get the mobile they will return the amount in bank account and the mobile was returned accordingly but in spite of refunding the amount in bank account, they issued a check in the fictitious name as my mobile no. which is enclosed in this complaint.I have already made several follow ups since 21 sept for crediting the return amount in my bank account but the company harassed me by issuing the fictitious check on 10 oct. After getting the fake check I contacted to customer care everyday since then for making refund but till this the date they made false commitments for refund to bank account. Today,i have tried several times but amazon system is not responding to my call and i am unable to contact amazon and finally I am making this complain so that my grievance can be redressed with refunding the amount of 6,800 and harrasement amount of 25,000 in my bank account.
