Most Worst Network / Manager and lying customer service ever

Hi,
I have been having network issues since January and I have contacted u guys multiple times even spoken to managers appellate team all have given false info and kept saying it will be fixed as soon as possible and this has been going on for 10 months now . I am not able to make call or receive or use data cause there is no cellular even when I am outside it’s like this 100m radius is out of service and u guys are not even bothered about it and keep asking bills from me and not compensate how can u expect someone to pay u if this is service is get … now today u guys have stopped my outgoing service all of a sudden because I did not pay however last time like 2 months ago I did spoke to one manager who gave me a compensation and I paid the rest of it this time he says he can’t and I have to pay full however that last manager told me that u don’t have to worry it will be fixed within 28 days which it did not happen but it even got worse people are calling me and I am not reachable and now even the miss call alerts have stopped which was there before plus some people are saying that it says my phn is switched off or busy lol … seriously nice way u guys are running your business I want my network to be fixed and my outgoing calls resumed this is stealing money from customer and I will take this to media and court if required … cause I can’t be having my outgoing calls turned off plus ur managers are simple lying pieces of shit to be honest and the appellate team is worthless …
