AC Compressre not working

We have Blue Star AC & Its Compressure not working since last month. We have com. No. D1205180609 of dated 18.05.12
Blue star does not provide the any facility regarding compressure change.
when i call coustumer they say they will send technican/ engineer for resolve the problem but till date problem still being.
