last two month salary not given to me

Name of company/service: sunbeam facilities pvt ltd

Dear sir,
i am working in sunbeam facilities pvt ltd as a manager in operation. but i not get last two month salary .from the company my boss Mr.Ajay deshpande told me i will not give u salary beause ur performance is not good .
this is not a reason he is chitter. pls do somthing
