company has cheated me and i feel going to do a big scam

I have booked a tablet pc with this company around 6 month back, they mailed me back on 13th may 2012, and said to pay them through PNB bank, a amount of 3699/-rupees and they will deliver my tablet pc with in 24-48 hours, so I paid them the same amount on 14th may 2012 through PNB Rohini, Delhi. but since then one month and one week has passed they are not able to deliver me my tablet pc, I have called them many times and mailed them a lot, spent more than 1000 rupees on calls, but they say they have received my payment but they are not able to give me my tab now, gave me 3 dates to deliver the tablet pc, but all are gone in vain,
i have to say that they have taken money not from me but millions of customers of this country and also daily they are taking billions of money, but they are not delivering the tablet pc, it seems they are going for a big scam and BSNL is also involved in this scam, written them many times, but so far i did not had any reply from BSNL officers.
Please give justice to me and arrange to return me my money with the harassments they gave me since more than a month.
I am able to submit you all the origional papers and payment recit when you will require it.
