about my mobile bill

Name of company/service: tata docomo

maine tata docomo ka post paid number liya tha.. 199 ka plan aur 50 rs ka 2GB net pack activate kiya..ek mahina to thik bill aya..par bad main next month muze tata docomo se 4,300 ka bill bheja gaya..
is bare main maine tata custemer care aur unke outlet ko complaint kiya..to unhone kaha k aap ko GPRS ka paisa lagaya hai…
maine unse kaha ke aap ka net use 2 gb se jyada hogaya hai..muze is baremain complaint karni hai ke postpaid connection lene ke bad tata docomo net ka usage aur balance nahi inform karte hai..
is baremian maine janne ki koshish ki to unhone muze kaha ke hum log net ke bare main nahi bata sakte hai..
ab ye jo bill aya hai woh unki galti k bajah se aya hai..agar woh muze time to time mere gprs balance ke baremain inform karte to shayad itna bill nahi ata..
muze justice chahiye..mere jaise bohot log hai jo is tarah k problem ko face kar rahe hai..
aur ek baat mere no par muze bina bataye misscall alert activate kar diya hai..
please i want justice from you..please help me.
