I HAVE BOOKED A TABLET FROM DATAWIND COMPANY SINCE FEB2012. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DELIVERY. I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE MONEY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. I HAD A LOT OF CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE COMPANY. THE DETAIL IS GIVEN BELOW. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AND KINDLY HELP ME TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM. THE COMPANY IS NEITHER REFUNDING MY MONEY NOR DELIVERING THE ITEM.

dear sir,
it is quite pathetic to write u that despite my repeated follow up i am not able to get my tablet. one year has alraedy passed and i donot understand why your company is making such a long dely in delivery. further u are not giving the reason of delay. i have paid the amount since one yaer it is quite disgusting to regularly follow up with you for my item.
in the market so many comapanies have come forwarded with upgraded version and i can easily purchase one of them. finally u weite me a specific date within which you will deliver my item. otherwise return my monney with inerest. i am giving below the details of my bank for returning my money:-

I have contacted you over your toll free numbr. and I confirmed that I am interested in taking the upgarded version i.e UBISLATE 7Ci on payment of Rs 500/- (Cash on delivery).
It was assured of delivering the product within 72 hrs but still I have not received the same.
