Not Doing SIM Port

Location/place: Toranagallu/Bellary Karnataka

Name of company/service: Airtel & Reliance comunication

I have given request for SIM port from Reliance CDMA to airtel GSM on 08th march 2013. varification call is confirmed on 13.03.2013. then i got an sms from airtel that we are processing uy request. After long followup from airtel dealer, today he is telling that i am unable to do because reliance sim activation is less than 90 days. which is wrong. i am using the reliance sim from past 4 years.
Before that i was submitted the application for the same. & request was rejected due to as per dealer he is not verified with friends number. but he has not called to my friend.
Also another problem is that the code which is given for port by reliance will expire on 21.03.2013. again i have process all the things. this has done previously also.
