About automatic activation of Services

Location/place: Pune, Maharastra

Name of company/service: Reliance – GSM prepaid

On 24th JAn-2013, at 8:50 am I got an SMS on my Reliance GSM no: 7304866446 from
RM-58787, “You have been succesfully subscribed to Gurban service for 3 days. To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 2467 to 155223(Toll Free)”.
Followed by sms from
RM-Reliance, “Amount Charged for VAS Osiyan Sms Sub Rs:3.00. Current Main Balance : Rs.15.17.”
Now I did not subscribed any VAS nor send any SMS to the company and that automatically started service without my permission and deducted money.Even I am not aware of that VAS. what is it? How to use? etc.

What to do for this with service provider. they are doing as they want. They will not refund the amount also.
As they are the Big company can’t we do something? can I get my money back?
this is not the question for the 3Rs. of mine but they are doing like this many times and with many costumers.
Many peoples don’t know the reason where their money gone. Because of this types of reasons the costumers quarreled with Recharge/top up providers also as my father provides top up for the prepaid costumers.
So please do some rule against mobile servise providers as soon as possible.
