Airtel Sales Person Cheated – Airtel turning deaf ear

I am an old customer of Airtel for last 10 years 011-41631924. Due to long absence from India, I got my this no closed. Upon my return in October 2012, I asked them if they can give me same no. but customer care people said that I will have to wait since port is not available.
After many calls for almost a month, I got a call from Mr. Sandeep (41037885 & 8285701100) who suggested to provide similar number (41731924)
and sent a field boy to collect Rs 500 and fillup the form. The next day when his boy arrived, I got a call from airtel for giving 41631924 within 2 hours. I told Mr. Sandeep about this and he said its not possible, they are fooling. Upon my insisting to sales boy to come back next day, coz I wanted to give time to old no guys, Sandeep advised to give the money to field boy since he was already at my place. Sandeep told me that he will return the money in case my old connection gets activated. Surprising, old no. guys worked diligently and old no. started the same afternoon. I informed Sandeep, and his promised to send back the money.

He lied and cheated, in fact he completed and signed the form and forwarded it for new connection. I was shocked to get first paper bill in which there were lots of discrepancies.
Since then nobody is responding, answering satisfactorily on calls emails.

I have contacted all the concerned Grievances, Appellate, 121, but they have chosen not to read thru my complaints emails and all responses advise me to request for closure of the account thus making me liable to pay 2 bills along with my Rs. 500 adjustments.

I have suffered a loss of Rs. 500
I have received 2 bills
One bill is paper bill with customer’s details discrepancies
2nd bill is ebill, where few of the discrepancies have been corrected taken from my old no. I never authorized or supplied any information for new no.

I want my Rs. 500 back & wish to have a proper investigation into this episode by Airtel or high managers of Airtel about this Sandeep and lower clerical staff of airtel on how or why they fill up details of the customer and with their sweet trustworthy talks, betray a consumer.
