I purchased a samsung fridge on 3rd of October from Ezone Marathalli. they delivered a fridge which is not working on 4th Oct. I raised a complaint with Ezone on 5th of Oct. then a technician from samsung came to my home and checked the fridge and told that it has a faulty compressor. then he reported that to samsung. So samsung guys called me and they told they will replace the faulty fridge in 10 days. After 3 days they called me that they will deliver the fridge on 21stOct. Again on 20th they called me and told that they will deliver fridge on 29th Oct. But there is no response from them . I called samsung for more that 10 times. Could you please check and provide me the solution.
