I ORDERED A COOKWARE SET BUT SNAPDEAL SENT ME A BROKEN SET. I RAISED A COMPLAINT AND REQUEST THEM FOR RETURN & REFUND, AS PER THEIR 7 DAYS RETURN POLICY.
COMPLAINT TICKET NO. – 10921853.
THEY PICKED UP THE DAMAGED PRODUCT BUT IN SPITE OF TELLING SEVERAL TIMES THEY YET NOT INITIATED THE REFUND PROCESS AND INSTEAD THEY HAVE SHIPPED AN EXCHANGED PRODUCT. NOW THEY ARE NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAIL (S) TOO.
