ON 20/06/14 I WENT TO AIRTEL CENTRE AT MUKHERJEE NAGAR TO PAY MY BILL. THERE I OPTED TO PAY THE BILL BY MY SBI ATM. THE STAFF THERE ASKED ME TO ENTER THE PIN AND I ENTERED THE PIN THEN AFTER TWO MINUTES HE SAID IT’S NOT WORKING YOU HAVE TO PAY BY CASH. SO I WENT TO ATM, THERE I CHECKED RS 1200/- HAD BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT . THEN I TOLD THAT AIRTEL STAFF MEMBER ABOUT DEDUCTION BUT HE SAID THAT IT WILL ROLL BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. AGAIN I PAID RS 1200 BY CASH. MY AIRTEL LANDLINE NO. IS 01145261985.
AFTER THREE DAYS, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. PlEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER CAREFULLY.
