Dear Sir/Madam,
Tata Docomo offered me an pre-paid connection free of cost. I agreed to receive that pre-paid connection. But they have provided me a post-paid connection. After telling them number of times and emailing them number of times they said that my problem will be solved by 9th May 2013. But till date the problem is not solved and they are sending me bills of that post paid connection. Why should I pay bills for the connection which I have not applied for and Which I have not used for a single day.
Please help me to solve this problem.
