2g speed on 3g from VODAFONE

I activated rs697 unlimited 3g pack on 1st of July 2015.It had a limit of 3gb usage at normal 3g speed n then unlimited browsing at 2g after completing 3gb.It expired on 28th July 11:59:59pm.Next day on 29th I activated another small 3g pack of rs 14 with 50mb limit.But I m still getting 2g speed.Although my network is showing H/H+ logo the speed hasn’t been reverted to d original 3g speed.Infact my number was also blocked from calling the complain no 198.But I registered d complain with them with my mom’s no who also has Vodafone.But the fact is they r not giving me a satisfactory answer.Only my sim has reduced 3g speed cause when I activated the same 14 rs pack in my mon’s cell.It was giving d fast 3g speed.I m not sure but I think who activate this kind of unlimited pack n their usage goes above d limit their speed is reduced forever.Please help.
