I have been using MTS data card for two months . They have collected Rs. 1020/- as the dongle charge. They were assuring me 8 Mbps speed when i taken the connection . Once the connection is activated i found that i am getting only 28Kbps speed .I have raised multiple complaints and they not resolved the speed issue .
When i received the first month bill they have charges me for 40GB (as per the plan) where as my usage was only 3 GB . I couldn’t use the data much because of the speed issue. Again i called the customer care and asked them to wave off the charges. But they were not ready to wave off it and asked me to pay the entire amount . i have paid Rs. 300/- for my 3GB usage and informed them i am not paying the balance amount because i want a waver .
Next month for few days i got a speed of 1Mbps and i was using the data. But on a later day they disconnected my connection because of the outstanding amount from the previous month. Again on that month (May’15) they again charged me for 40Gb along with my outstanding bill . So the bill came up to Rs. 1500/-
On a daily basis i used to receive calls from MTS customer reminding me about the outstanding amount . But when i ask about the complaint i raised they will tell like they will get back. Till today the issue is not solved. I have already paid Rs. 1320/- (including dongle charges ) to MTS. I cant pay more to them because they have given me worst service and was not ready to resolve any complaint .
Request you to kindly look into this matter and help me in resolving the issue. I dont want to continue with this service provider any more . I can give the dongle back to them and let them adjust the dongle amount which i paid to them with the outstanding balance.
