DELL NEW CUSTOMERS ALERT NEVER EVER GO FOR DELL:—

I am very sorry to say but the after sales service of dell is getting poorer day by day. I have purchased dell Inspiron whose service express code is 35878986712 because I had heard after sales service of dell is good but the real truth is they are making fool of customers and I can show you the real picture in this post.

within the first year of warranty my system’s several parts stopped working and it was replaced by Dell free of cost.

For second year warranty a paid around Rs 8000 as a fee for warrant extension you may say it annual maintenance cost.This year also several pars of laptop was replaced by Dell.

Now I am sharing how they are making fool of customers:-

When they replace any part they replace it used products which has already gone under repair so they dont take warranty of the same. As for example they have replaced my hard disk in February when my laptop was under warranty by a hard disk and as usual it has stopped working today i.e within 6 months now you can analyse how much reliable it was. When You purchase seagate hard disk they give you 3 year warranty but Dell does not gives because they know how much effective are the parts they use for replacement. Now they are asking for Rs. 7500 to replace it because my warranty period is over.

I have a question to dell have you replaced my hard disk in February to just work for 6 months ? If you have replaced it with brand new hard disk then why you are not giving warranty of even 1 year for the same even others are giving for almost 3 years.

So we can conclude that if you have purchased any dell product and if you want it should work properly you have to pay around Rs. 700 to dell per month as maintenance or warranty charge because every time they replace the parts with used products which can not run properly for 6 months.
