Dear Sir,
I sent my friend a urgent courier from Baroda using Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd. on 5st June 2012. They promised to deliver this to Chennai within time period of 4 days. Today its 13th June, still my friend have not received the courier. Moreover they are not showing exact details on their web tracker and also the phone numbers (044-39860400/01/02/03)mentioned on the website http://ondot.co/contactus.asp are not working.
This is causing me mental harassment. Please file a complaint against the courier service on my behalf.
