Misslead By Dealer, Sold Deffective INVERTER, Not considering by company my complaint, Bill not provide by DEALER

Name of company/service: Microtek INVERTER

RESPECTED Sir/Mam
I am a belong from middle class family. I was bought a MICROTEK INVERTER on 14th of January 2012 at Rs. 3500. On the time of pay money i request to Dealer for BILL REPORT and GUARANTEE CARD, he say that he will be responsible for any fault in future and will give these document later.
Now after about six month INVERTER’s performance is very poor. Neither it can charge the battery properly nor it can provide energy supply.
I went to Dealer as well as to MICROTEK INVERTER Customer Care about from 1 month but still i am helpless, nobody is there for save me from these types of FRAUD.
Please provide me FAIR JUSTICE.
I will be highly obliged to you, and also will increase the belief towards CONSUMER FORUM among people.
