I booked a flight ticket after logging in with Indigo Web Site for to & fro to Delhi with my wife during March 2012. Due to Sad demise of my mother-in-law the program had been cancelled and around Rs.12500 had been shown as credit balance in the account no.2108437186 with Indigo Web Site. Recently when I accessed the Web Site, I found the balance as Zero. On enquiring through Toll Free No. of Indigo, I have been told that the balance amount has been forefieted due to FY Closure. How it it possible that my money been robbed like this?
