I Have Submitted all the medical bills, hospital charges, treatment narration, hospital in and out patient details, discharge summry on the 24 November 2012. but claim number also allotted but claim amount was not giving. they are asking for FIR/Medico legal certificate. many times i sent mails to [email protected] for this is not a Road transport accident, this house fall injury. during the playing of shuttle. knee was damaged. But they are asking again and again for RTA/FIR details.
