My mobile balance is being debited Rs8 each time in a week from this company through sms on my mobile. Already the company has charged me rs32 and my mobile balance has been reduced by rs32. I hadn’t subscribed to any such type of transaction. The message was first sent from BV-55678 on 27/12/2012. It was : “Thanks for subscribing Travel and Living from Handygo at 27/12/2012 09:47 PM for Rs8 valid till 03/01/2013. To unsubscribe send UNTSUBRAVEL to 55678”. Same messages were sent to me on 08/01/2013,15/01/2013 and 22/01/2013. I haven’t subscribed to any of these transactions then why should they ask me to unsubscribe. Kindly look into this matter and see to it that my money is refunded and these transactions do not further occur in future.
