I had recharged for rs44 message pack on my DOCOMO sim on 18 JAN 2013 at about 10:30 am…i had called the DOCOMO helpline 52222 on which they give details of various offers…in which the company had mentioned 1200 sms for rs 44… so i had recharged for the same…but after recharge i got 700 msgs only…on calling the customer care i came to know that company i revised its offers(700 msgs for Rs 44) on 18 JAN 2013…but which was not updated in helpline database…also the retailer got msg from company about new offers at 1 pm on 18 JAN 2013…
i have also recorded the call in which the helpline database mentioned 1200 sms (which was not updated till 21 jan 2013)…also the company refused to take my complaint…i want the benefits according to old offers…
