To whom it may concern,
I had purchased HTC Wildfire on 22nd August 2011 from the online shopping portal FLIPKART.com. Throughout the period of my use, I have repeatedly faced issues with my handset. The motherboard and the LCD screen of the phone have already been repaired. Off late, the phone was giving me some problems, suspected to be related to the hardware by the service center here in Goa. I was facing the problem since 19th August 2012 and the problem was reported to the local service center two days later. I am a student of BITS Pilani KK Birla Goa Campus, Goa. Due to my college working hours till 6pm from Monday to Friday, I couldn’t take the phone to the service center before Saturday, 25th August. On reaching the service center, I was told I couldn’t avail the warranty. The problem had been reported to the service center within the warranty period. I requested them look into this case and grant warranty-services, considering I am a student. The reply from the customer care on their national toll free number
was rude and defaming.
