I am retailer of TElecom. I have successfully done a recharge of Rs. 36 in 8926356752 no. on 12/8/2012 from my 9153104589 lafu no. But till now the facility of Rs 36 con not activate the customer mobile no. I have already complain the MTS dealer helpline on 16/8/2012 bearing complain no.C12-48304711. I have contact mts more than 50 times but no response receive from the company to solve my problem.The customer cannot received the facility he hamper my business. pls needful action.
