yet not receiving the arrrear for the six pay commision from the school

Sir, Since 6th pay commision was implemented fom january 2006, I have yet not received moey for the arrear of sixth pay commision which was given to the other teachers in the month of may 2009. I have told by the acoounts department of the school that I will be given before durga puga which is the main festival for the bengali. Sil now the schhol management has not given my due arrear which is approximately Rs 80,000 as told by telephone to me . Please find a solution so that i can get my due arrear in time.The schhol management is doing injustice to me as I left this organisation on march 2007.
