Yepme shopping

I have ordered 4 footwear having the order Id 4629497 and expected delivery was by 27th Dec.13. As the company couldn’t deliver the items so they cancelled the order and filed for refund which was to be refunded within 72 hrs. Since 27th Dec.13 till date I have contacted them almost 15 times and every time i got a reply that it will take 48 to 72 hrs. 3 customer care executive namely DIjender Kumar, Miss Neha and Mr Niraj Bhasin who assured me a high priority refund request and I have received email and sms also mentioning the same. But still the assurance is wait for 48 to 72 hrs. Nothing beyond that is happening. I don?t mind if Yepme has eaten up the amount which i’ll grant as a donation for the Upliftment of the company, provided if they can confirm me that i’ll not receive the money. So please assist me and prevent other innocent customers cheated by the firm.
