Hi Team, I have been cheated by Vacations Gateway http://www.vacationsgateway.co/Website/index.aspx Vacations Gateway has charged my credit card but has not delivered the promised gifts. It seems that Vacations Gateway has been cheating a lot of customers as a lot of complaints can be found on various consumer forums. Therefore there is a need for swift action before the company winds up and a lot of customers like myself end up losing a lot of hard earned money. Details of my order for which Vacations Gateway that has not made the delivery, and is illegally withholding my money are given below: Order id: SDL0003606 Order Placed on: 25/5/2013 Products promised: Dell mini laptop and vacations package for a year Amount paid: 6,949/- Payment Gateway: Atom Delivery promised in (working days): 10-12 working days Number of Reminders sent: 3 emails, follow up calls ? all met with fake promises and never fulfilled till date Status: No delivery/ No refund The address of the company is: Vacations Gateway B 46, Sec 49 Noida Request you to kindly help me to recover my money, I will really appreciate your help and follow up on this.
