Hi,
I had purchased a fila sandal from yebhi.com on 24th Feb 2013 and paid Rs 1623/-. I used it for 4 months now. The sandal is tearing off. I asked yebhi.com for help, they are asking me to contact local store.
I contacted few local fila showrooms, but they refused to entertain me because I didnt purchase it from them. I called back yebhi.com again for help and they say they cannot help me out. I know they have a 30 days of return policyand nothing had happened to the sandal in 30 days. It has happened after 4 months. So I feel yebhi.com is responsible and they are the one who should be helping me out.
Kindly help me to sort this issue out. Rs 1623 is not a small amount. And the response from yebhi.com was not right.
