i have submitted my cell XOLO Q3000 on 14th Feb 2015 at “Service Point” service center, Jayanagar, 4Th Block, Bangalore.

It’s being 2 months, and i didn’t get any update on the same.
On the alternate of 3 to 4 days from last 1 month, i am dropping mail to xolo care, and getting reply that – “Technical team is working on your complaint and we will keep you updated with the progress.”
