DON’T PUCHASE ANY THING FROM PAYTM….

I ordered a Autosun 360 Degree Rotating Mobile Mount and Shopper 52 Multipurpose Foldable Laptop Table/E-Table With 2 USB Fans (Order No.826047879) on 25 Mar 2015 trough Paytm. After receiving both the product I realize the product quality is very poor, so I raise a request on 30 Mar 2015; As the quality of both the products are very poor as per expectation, so I would like to request you could you please take a request for returning of product, and cash back for same. as I am no more interested in those product. Request No#106234999. On 31 March, 2015 I received a mail Thank you for placing Order # with Paytm. I am Suman and I am going to do my best to help you with your concern. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you please send me some pictures of the product as well as packaging (inner/outer). We would also like to know: 1. If the packaging appeared to be tampered with when you received the product. 2. Was the packaging sealed or open? Once you send us these details we will co-ordinate with the concerned departments to help resolve this unfortunate incident. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Happy to help, Suman I replied that mail on same day stating Dear Suman, Thanks for approaching. packaging was poor, invoice was pasted on package by tape so that if you will remove it will tear off. Product was not packed for particularly designed box or stuff it was managed anyhow. I have already opened it so it is not at all possible to send the real pictures how it was packed. Same day I got a response from another guy Hi Gagan , Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I would like to request you to send us the screenshot of the product and its packing along with the invoice of the order received so that we can check and help you further. I hope this helps. On 2 April again I mail them Dear Team, Any update on below concern. On 6th April again I mail them Hi Could you please update me on below concern. On 9 April again I mail them Dear, This is my last gentle reminder about my below complain, but i have not found any response till today. So now I am going to proceed further to consumer court, So this is the complete story still I am fighting with them for same…. Anybody is there who can help or guide in such condition.
