Aj Mene 5rs wala gprs pack activate kray jisme muje 30 mb data mila or us time mere accoubt me balance. 75rs tha pr thodi der bad docomo walo ne usme se 50rs bina koi reason k kat lie jbki mere account me gprs balance 10 mb left tha fir mene customer care ko call kia to usne unreasonable sa answer dia or balance refund krne se mna kr dia………….so plzzz help me sir bcoz tata docomo company doing the fraudlent activities and cheating the innocent customers
