I have received a Vodafone bill for January month and the amount is nearly 1,39,564.41. — To be frank I will not be able to pay this much billed amount as my credit limit is 7000 how come my bill is more than that.
As per bill I activated 3g plan which is of 1599 on January 26th but in reality I activated the plan on 25th January itself.
And for that 3g data plan activation I have message confirmation also from Vodafone care that you can use 3g service now.
And on the same day I got another message saying it got deactivated.
But I am confused now that how it got activated on 26th January without any intimation to me and it got deactivated on 1st of February.
Can you please clarify me as I raised a complaint against my bill but till now nothing is confirmed.
If you can confirm me that what is the status of the complaint and send me the final billed amount.
So that I can pay my bill or else I can search for alternatives.
