VODOFONE BILLING

I am Sandip Kumar Das working in an MNC in Kolkata and my Mobile Number is 8100708498. From the beginning after joining this VODAFONE postpaid network I am facing a lot of problems. Sometimes some services are getting activated automatically with out my knowledge like internet services and wrong billing.
After mailing to them they solve it and adjusted the amount in their next months billing cycle.
The situation became worst when I realized on 16th of Jan the internet services are once again activated I immediately mailed them about the automatic activation of service as happed earlier and categorically told them that I do not need internet in my mobile number.

The mail which was answered by them mentioned that there are no internet services and I made the biggest mistake of believing them.

Finally I decided to Port out of this post paid connection and went to submit the documents for prepaid connection At the Vodafone store. But they suggested me to come on 27th of the month so that billing cycle will be completed by that time and it will be easy for me to pay the bill and ported out.

On 27th of Jan I submitted the documents for transferring it to prepaid connection and shocked to see the billing amount is more then Rs 2000 and in that near about Rs 1400 for internet browsing. I immediately mailed them regarding the problem but they are delaying it till date and it is not solved.

I warned them that I will pay the bill only if they will make my bill correct (only calling bill and not any internet bill)

I have done a lot of e-mail to them sometimes someone handles my problem next time another person handles They are not able to understand my problem even they don’t call me back for understanding the problem.

Now requesting you to apply a high penalty for these rubbish companies who are cheating with their customer and giving them hypertension. Everyday, I waste my time in fighting or writing a mail to them. They have given me a lot of tension. Please help me in this regard and please apply a high penalty against this fraud company.
